Cancellation

I understand that life can be unpredictable and plans may change unexpectedly. That’s why I have a flexible cancellation and no-show policy with no fees attached. UNLESS, it is day off cancellation. Then a 50% charge will be in place. Fees may be placed if this is a recurring issue or possibility of being banned. I appreciate the courtesy of notifying me as soon as possible (12-24 hours ideally) if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so I can offer your spot to another client. My goal is to create an stress-free experience for everyone, so you can book with confidence knowing there are no penalties for cancellations or no-shows. Thank you for your understanding and consideration as I strive to provide excellent service to all of my valued clients.
